Once these answers are clear, we work with you on expectations; timeframes, resources, techniques that best fit the learner.

We create or tailor content that matches the task you need to perform with your learning characteristics (time, resources, limitations, opportunities) making the learning journey as practical and immersive as work will allow. Different media will be used determined by the subject and what works best for your learning. Your progress is monitored and regular feedback sessions provide evidence for any course corrections.

As you absorb these new skills and knowledge, your responsibility grows to use them in your work. This is not course work, this is real work, delivering better performance. We will support you and other members of your team will be empowered to assist you. An appreciation of how far you have come via video will encourage you to develop further, sharing your new found, hard earned abilities with others and you move from a learner to a teacher.
